How this works
Three ways this goes
Which one fits depends on what you're building, what your team can already do, and what
it's worth to you. You don't have to pick now — that's what the questions are for.
1
I build it for you
You want the thing to exist and you want to stop thinking about it. We scope a first
block of work before you spend anything, so you have the number, the date and the exact
list in writing. Then I build it — not a subcontractor, not juniors learning on your
budget. You own the code, the accounts and the deployment from day one, and you can walk
away with all of it whenever you like.
2
I build it with you
You have engineers, or skills, or a real idea and no budget yet. Sometimes that means
unblocking a team that has been stuck on the same problem for a month. Sometimes it's
architecture and review while your people do the work. And sometimes it's a partnership,
where I take a stake instead of an invoice. If the idea is right, the money is a timing
problem, not an answer.
3
You learn to build it
You'd rather not need me twice.
Entrain is a small, by-application group
learning to build real software with AI — no prior coding, no bootcamp theatre. Live
sessions, direct guidance, and you leave with the thing you actually came to build instead
of a certificate.
