An informational portfolio describing work built by Stefan Verleysen and Asan Digital, and a way to start a conversation. It is not a product, not a customer portal, and not a place to transact.

Descriptions of services, delivery approaches, timelines, or capabilities on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer, a fixed quote, or a commitment to perform work, and they do not create a client relationship.
A client relationship begins only when a written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or contract — is signed by both parties. That agreement, not this page, defines scope, price, schedule, ownership, warranties, and liability. Where it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement governs the work.
3. Submitting the contact form
When you use the contact form you agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate, and you are entitled to share it;
- you will not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive material — including student records, health information, credentials, or payment details — through it;
- a submission places no obligation on us to reply, quote, or take on the work; and
- we may contact you at the address or number you provide, about your enquiry.
Unsolicited ideas or proposals sent through this site are received on a non-confidential basis. Do not send anything you need kept secret before a confidentiality agreement is in place — ask for one first and we will happily sign one.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. You may not:
- use it for any unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purpose;
- send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk submissions through the contact form;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or probe, scan, or test its security without written permission;
- scrape, harvest, or automatically collect content or contact details from it; or
- interfere with the site's operation or availability.

The design, text, code, and layout of this site are owned by Stefan Verleysen and Asan Digital LLC and protected by copyright. You may view, quote briefly with attribution, and link to the site. You may not republish it substantially, or reuse it commercially, without written permission.

This site links to third-party sites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any linked site, and your dealings with them are between you and them.
Where we act as a reseller, the products themselves are supplied, warranted, and supported by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefan Verleysen and Asan Digital LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Total liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section does not limit liability under a signed client agreement, which sets its own terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stefan Verleysen and Asan Digital LLC from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what the contact form collects and confirms that the site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts serving Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties consent to that venue.

These Terms may be updated; the current version is always the one posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted.
